Norm is our in house fibreglass specialist and can answer any of your questions about wood, fibreglass or metal boat repairs. |

Parts Service Co-ordinator
13 years in the Marine business industry. Call her with all your parts & service needs. If she doesn't know the answer, she'll find out for you! Kim can be found running around the parts area with a phone plugged into her ear and another strapped to her hip and talking a mile a minute! How she keeps it all straight we have yet to figure out!

Stan Hayden
Certified Mercury Technician
11 years of certified marine experience, and 20 years of certified auto mechanical repairs for our military vehicles. Stan has choosen to retire from his military lifestyle and come play at Norm's Boating Centre. Stan loves playing with Norm's new Computer diagnostic system and invites everyone to bring in your outboards, especially your optimax and Verado's. |

Allan Voutari
Allan is the newest member of Norm's Boating Centre Team.Al is currently enrolled in our Marine Certification program. He is currently taking his ESkills courses and tests, so he will be ready for Mercury University next fall. Stan is Allan's mentor and he is sure to learn a lot about outboards from Stan and Bill will be showing him mercruisers. Allan has a lot of experience fixing cars, boats and anything else he can take apart, we are just gonna fine tune him a bit so he can become a Mercury Certified Technician. Al is a local boy who grew up in Thunder Bay, went out west to make his fortune , but we were able to lure him back home. |
Bill Simard
Mercury Marine Technician
Bill and his family are originally from British Columbia, running his own marine shop for 10 years, then moving to the Toronto area and finally landing in Thunder Bay.
Bill has over 16 years of marine experience working on outboards and inboards and wishes to invite all his new buddies to come see him at Norm's. |

B.M. Administrator /F &I person
20 years in the Marine business industry. Mina's background is in accounting, usually found in the office muttering about what Norm has done now! Mina works with several banking partners to get the best financing rates available and will work with you to make sure you get the term and payments suitable to your families needs.
